Mums And Bubs (3-12 Months Old)
Are you a new parent? This class is specially designed with you in mind. Bring your little one once they are over 3 months, and enjoy a gentle workout while bonding with your baby. It’s an ideal opportunity to focus on your health and well-being.
The beginning of the class includes having your baby in a carrier (don’t worry if you don’t have one, holding them works just as well!). The rest of the session combines floor and hammock exercises and concludes with a soothing stretch.
We’re here to support you in rebuilding your muscles and, in no time, getting you into the air for a wonderful aerial experience!
Tiny Tots (1-3 Years Old)
Introduce your little ones to the wonder of aerials! Our class encourages parents to actively participate and assist their young aerialists.
This unique class is thoughtfully structured to help your budding aerialists feel at ease in the hammocks from a young age. We focus on enhancing balance, gross motor skills, and nurturing their body awareness.
Engaging in a variety of exciting activities within the hammocks, we offer an enjoyable and enriching experience for both you and your child. It’s a bonding journey that fosters growth and exploration together!
Mini’s (3-5 Years Old)
As your children grow, our focus shifts toward fostering their independence as little aerialists. We gently transition from parents actively helping to parents observing their child’s progress.
Our aim remains centered on developing balance, gross motor skills, body awareness, while also expanding into fine motor skills and core strength.
In this class, kids embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning valuable life skills like patience and effective communication. They continue building strength through simple inversions and acquiring exciting new moves within the hammock.
